You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver products that improve authentication experiences and business outcomes for customers worldwide.\nA key focus of this role will be helping customers transition from traditional verification methods, including SMS OTP and Flash Call, toward next-generation Data Verification solutions while maintaining strong customer experiences and business performance.\nYou'll join a collaborative product organization focused on solving some of the most important challenges in digital trust and authentication. This role offers the opportunity to influence product direction, work with global customers, and contribute to products that are used by businesses and consumers around the world.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap execution for areas of Sinch's Verification portfolio.\nPartner with customers to understand authentication and verification challenges and translate insights into product improvements.\nWork closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver products that drive customer and business value.\nDrive adoption of Verification products and support customer migration from SMS OTP and Flash Call to Data Verification solutions.\nDefine product requirements, manage trade-offs, and prioritize investments based on customer, business, and technical needs.\nMonitor product performance, customer adoption, and key business metrics to inform product decisions.\nAct as a product subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.\nImprove developer experience across Verification APIs and integrations.\nRequirements\n5+ years of Product Management experience delivering successful technology products.\nExperience owning product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and execution.\nStrong experience working with engineering teams on technical products, APIs, integrations, platforms, or developer-focused solutions.\nExperience partnering directly with customers and translating customer insights into product improvements.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nNice to Have\nExperience with AI-assisted software development, including the use of generative AI and AI coding tools across the software development lifecycle.\nExperience in Authentication, Identity, Verification, Trust, Security, or Fraud Prevention products.\nExperience within CPaaS, Telecommunications, SaaS, API platforms, or developer-focused products.\nFamiliarity with customer authentication and verification challenges in enterprise environments.\nExperience working on B2B technology products.\nSuccess in This Role\nWithin your first year, you will:\nDevelop a deep understanding of Sinch's Verification portfolio, customers, technology, and market landscape.\nContribute to the evolution of the Verification product strategy and roadmap.\nHelp drive adoption of next-generation verification solutions.\nDeliver measurable product improvements that support customer and business outcomes.\nBuild strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams.\nOur corporate language is English, please submit your application in English.\nAt Sinch, we value learning, embrace change, and offer opportunities for personal and professional growth.
