We are looking for an experienced software engineer with focus on AI-driven Development, to further accelerate adoption of AI-powered development practices across Sinch Telco.\nIn this role, you’ll be a hands-on practitioner, leveraging AI agents to design, build, verify and deliver our type of software while shaping how AI is applied in our software development. Together we move toward a paradigm where software developers manage teams of specialized AI agents for requirements analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment. We intend to unlock new capabilities that enable teams to build and ship faster with higher quality, security, and maintainability.\nYou have a vision for the future of AI-driven software development but understand that progress requires practical steps and patience. The AI tooling landscape changes rapidly and you are energized by this pace.\nAs our Software Engineer, you will:\nWork in a team as a highly productive, hands-on software engineer, leveraging agents to deliver features and products across multiple areas.\nLead by example to spread best practices, workflows, and tooling for AI-assisted development for coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.\nAssist in evaluation, selection, and configuration of AI development tools and agent frameworks to improve software development.\nDefine clear requirements and product direction with a product management perspective in cooperation with product managers and team members. \nREQUIREMENTS\nExtensive software engineering experience, with a proven ability to design, evaluate, and evolve software architectures.\nSolid understanding of complex distributed backend systems. Experience with telecom systems, BSS/OSS, or messaging infrastructure is a plus.\nHands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, for production software delivery, not just experimentation.\nExperience working with AI-driven development workflows, including autonomous coding agents and multistep task orchestration.\nAbility to define clear, structured, and decomposable requirements for both engineers and AI agents, with strong product awareness and long-term stability.\nPractical experience with Model Context Protocol. Experience with multi-agent frameworks is a plus.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, document approaches, and collaborate effectively across teams.\nOur corporate language is English, please submit your application in English.\nWe are not supporting relocation at this time.
