This role supports stations, corporate departments, procurement, and external vendors while contributing to continuous improvement, teamwork, and professional development.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSetup and review changes for all Sinclair suppliers, maintaining a high level of accuracy\nEnsure proper backup, documentation, and necessary validations are done prior to setups and changes being made\nRespond to emails timely, and address critical time sensitive setups/edits to ensure smooth business operations\nSupport leadership in yearly 1099 reporting, providing documentation and updates as needed\nProvide professional, customer-focused support to internal and external partners\nCollaborate with team members to meet department goals and assist during peak workloads\nAssist with ad-hoc projects and cleanup efforts as assigned\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience in Accounts Payable, finance operations, or shared services\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExperience with ERP systems (Oracle), ServiceNow (or similar), and Microsoft Office preferred\nSomeone who demonstrates ownership and follows issues through to resolution\nExcellent organizational skills with ability to coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity\nAbility to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions\nCustomer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and handle competing priorities\nAnalytical problem solver who works well in a collaborative environment\n\nPlease note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including employer sponsorship for an H-1B visa, OPT-STEM employment, etc.\nSinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
