This role will serve as a key liaison between Tennis Channel and the National Sales team, ensuring seamless communication and execution across sponsored content, branded integrations, and client deliverables. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting end-to-end sales marketing programs, developing compelling storytelling and brand solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver polished, high-value client experiences. This role is based in our New York, NY office with a hybrid work schedule.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with Sales leaders to develop strategic sales packages, custom sponsorship opportunities, RFP responses, and integrated marketing solutions that support revenue growth.\nServe as a liaison between Tennis Channel and the National Sales team to ensure alignment on sponsored content, integrations, and executional needs.\nManage sponsorship documentation and sold-elements trackers, ensuring accurate alignment of client commitments, deliverables, timelines, and executional details across teams.\nCollaborate with Sales and internal teams to create compelling storylines and packages that showcase the value of programming.\nAttend client meetings with Sales leaders to build strong client relationships and collaborate on partnership ideas, sponsorship opportunities, and future revenue-driving solutions.\nSupport the development of sold integrations, including writing scripts, editing copy, creating lower-third verbiage, and developing production-aligned deliverables.\nManage post-sale reporting, recap decks, and client-facing materials to ensure strong communication and visibility into campaign performance.\nAssist with branded content shoots and post-sale activations in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.\nOversee premium inventory, design, delivery, and fulfillment for national sales initiatives.\nSupport hospitality execution for key tentpole events, including onsite client experience management during the US Open.\nSupport corporate special projects and B2B initiatives that advance brand positioning and revenue goals.\nPartner with the creative team to develop polished sales materials and maintain strong brand consistency across deliverables.\nProvide guidance, training, and support to junior teammates as needed.\nQualifications\n3-5 years of experience in digital media, sports marketing, or sales marketing.\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field.\nInterest in or working knowledge of professional Tennis.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive sports narratives.\nExperience creating sales materials, branded content, and client-facing presentations.\nProficiency in PowerPoint and related design tools; Excel proficiency required.\nStrong understanding of the sports industry, sponsorship, or partnership development preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and support high-visibility events.\nAI proficiency or foundational understanding preferred.\nThe base salary compensation range for this role is $66,500 to $71,750. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary quarterly bonus, which would be awarded based on individual and company performance. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
