This is a hybrid position based out of Hunt Valley, MD.\nThis candidate must be proactive, a multitasker, positive and solution driven. They must have digital background experience and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment while meeting client goals.\nResponsibilities Include:\nManage multiple low to mid-tiered accounts with campaigns running digital products such as CTV, search engine marketing, social media marketing, and programmatic \nResolve issues by taking the appropriate action, and knowing when to escalate issues to a management level\nAssist the Account Management team with support of key client accounts. This includes but is not limited to effectively trafficking orders.\nWork with the agency’s vendor partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of campaigns\nMust become well-versed on the agency’s digital offerings and developing and understanding media plans\nParticipate in ongoing training to enhance and retain knowledge of products, processes, reporting, business reviews, quotes and campaign management \nDemonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal and external clients \nMust be able to work efficiently within the company’s software applications\nMust be comfortable participating and engaging on camera for company/team/client meetings in person or on video\nMust be able to collaborate with internal teams and stations and at times train other members of the team as needed\nMust be a team player \nOther agency duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nTwo (2) years experience with digital marketing products including programmatic, social media, Search and CTV\nRequires a highly professional communication skill set, including excellent grammar, copy-writing, spelling accuracy, and excellent phone & conversation skills\nMust thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment\nMust be able to maintain composure in stressful situations, and be proficient in finding solutions and diffusing angry or upset customers\nMust have strong listening skills, and be empathetic and able to effectively relate to clients\nUnderstanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is a plus\nHighly proficient in Microsoft office products\nMust be able to work remotely and time manage efficiently and independently\nMust be available by phone, email, IM and video calls\nMust be organized, and excel at multi-tasking\nMust be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously\nStrong written and oral communication skills\nMust be solutions oriented and take a proactive approach in implementing them\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in Atlassian Jira\nExperience in Operative order management system\nExperience in Salesforce\nBase line knowledge of how the following industries operate: automotive, home services, education, medical, legal.\nSinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
