Service Engineer(50%):\nSupport the technical service of all Sinclair Korea customers.\n\nFacilitate the process of warranty claims, parts selling and service contracts.\n\nPlan & execute for the repairing hub in Korea.\n\nDevelop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans designed to maximize customer relationships and repair processes.\n\nManages performance and provides feedback in a timely manner.\n\nDevelop strong relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels.\n\nDemonstrate thorough understanding with the Sinclair products and of competitive products and positioning.\n\nRoutinely conducts quality control checks to ensure inspections and maintenance is performed as Sinclair’s specifications.\n\nResponsible for the creation, distribution, and management of all repair work orders ensuring repair/maintenance is prioritized based on scheduled need.\n\nTo ensure the service is performed as the Sinclair specifications.\n\nTo measure and manage KPIs and SLAs and track performance against targets.\n\nDesign, develop, and document departmental processes.\n\n2.
