Be Accountable for your decisions, actions and consequences; Be Reliable to your customers and colleagues\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nSupply Chain Projects\nLead and support global supply chain improvement and transformation projects.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, Customer Service, Finance and IT.\n\nDrive project planning, execution, risk management and stakeholder communication.\n\nSupport ERP, CRM, Power BI and process digitalization initiatives.\n\nAnalytics & KPI Dashboard Development\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and supply chain performance reports.\n\nBuild KPI reporting frameworks covering:\nForecast Accuracy\n\nInventory Health & Aging\n\nService Level / OTIF\n\nLogistics Performance\n\nOrder-to-Cash Performance\n\nWorking Capital\n\nAnalyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.\n\nPrepare regular business review materials and executive reports.\n\nGlobal Coordination & Stakeholder Management\nAct as a key liaison between regional teams across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.\n\nCoordinate with overseas manufacturing sites, CMOs and suppliers on demand, capacity, inventory and supply plans.\n\nFacilitate communication between manufacturing, logistics, customer service and commercial teams.\n\nSupport distributor onboarding and global supply chain initiatives.\n\nTrack action items and ensure timely execution.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and control gaps.\n\nSupport supply chain standardization and operational excellence initiatives.\n\nPromote data-driven decision-making and best practices across the organization.\n\nYour skills and experience\nEssential:\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAI capabilities.\nExperience with supply chain systems is a plus.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work across different cultures, regions and time zones.\nDesirable:\n A Management Trainee or high-potential supply chain professional with 3-5 years of multinational experience\n Capable of combining data analytics, project management and global stakeholder cooridination to drive supply chain improvements and business transforrmation initiatives.\nPerks & Benefits:\nCompetitive Salary & Performance Bonuses\nCareer Growth & Learning Opportunities\nHealth & Wellness Benefits\nFun Team Events & Supportive Culture\nWe have a real focus on developing our people, and by fostering an entrepreneurial culture, we encourage flexibility, accountability and autonomy.
