If you would like to work in the exciting business of television sales, this could be the job for you!\nResponsibilities include:\nPrimary function is data entry of national sales orders from national advertisers\nDaily entry of National Sales orders into the traffic system with accuracy and complying to order contract, inventory, and scheduling constraints.\nDaily maintenance and research on national sales orders to troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues and discrepancies\nRegular communication and collaboration with both internal and external contacts to ensure campaign success.\nDevelop a strong understanding and adherence to the National sales process and nuances, systems, and SOPs\nConsistent independent prioritizing and organizing of workload with a sense of urgency and balance.\nCompletion of assigned tasks within the given deadline.\nRegular generation, manipulation, and maintenance of reports both from internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.\nDaily use of Windows PC including Office programs such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.\nOther duties as assigned\n\nSkills and Qualifications:\nAt least 1-2 years’ experience of administrative support preferred\nA high level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks under a deadline\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team\nConsistently comply with organizational directives and national standard operating procedures.\nExcellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal and external team members\nProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel\nBroadcast Sales, media buying, or agency experience is a plus\nMaintain a positive demeanor and customer service focus\nEEO AND INCLUSIVITY:\nSinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
