Be Accountable for your decisions, actions and consequences; Be Reliable to your customers and colleagues\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nManaging all aspects of contracting with responsible territory accounts\n\nDevelop, maintain and apply a high level of product knowledge\n\nAchieve objectives defined for each accounts/territory\n\nActively monitor market trends through personal contact with customer and provide feedback to relevant managers on field intelligence\n\nLeverage portfolio and increase market share of Sinclair’s products\n\nIdentify new opportunities in the defined accounts for further strategic synergies\n\nProvide training and support about the proper use of Sinclair products and advise on the best practice management, through training events\n\nPlan field activity based on customer segmentation and targeting principles to maximize results\n\nDefine and execute monthly action plan for the assigned accounts\n\nEffectively use promotional activities in line with budget\n\nAdhere to Company promotional strategy\n\nYour skills and experience\nEssential:\nBachelor’s Degree level\n\nProven track record of achieving sales targets for 3-6 years in Aesthetic industry\n\nProven sales success is essential\n\nProven track record of working across organizations to coordinate resources effectively to deliver an effective service to large customers\n\nDemonstrate success in negotiating, consulting and building exceptional relationships at highest level\n\nHigh level of analytical skills\n\nDesirable:\nExperience in Aesthetic Pharmaceutical\n\nProven track record of achieving sales targets\n\nProven sales success is essential.
