This role combines customer and business insight, technical fluency, and disciplined product delivery to create measurable value across Sinclair Digital.\nIdeal candidates bring a product mindset and have:\n5+ years of product management, automotive, marketplace, or related experience.\nAbility to understand technical systems, customer needs, and how implementation choices affect product outcomes.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, data, revenue, operations, and business stakeholders.\nExperience using data to define goals, evaluate performance, and make sound product decisions.\nA practical, accountable approach to prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the major-product roadmap, OKRs, and multi-quarter prioritization for the assigned product area.\nCreate complete initiatives with requirements, business value, success measures, and stakeholder alignment.\nMonitor daily engagement and revenue metrics across distribution platforms and turn insights into action.\nLead discovery, delivery, and decision-making with engineering, design, data, revenue, and business partners.\nMaintain relationships with major product stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs.\nManage and leverage AI-agents as recommendation sources to guide strategy.\nAct as owner for ontology mapping for DriveAuto systems.\nQualifications:\nDemonstrated product-management experience in automotive digital marketing or a comparable digital product environment.\nExperience owning complex product roadmaps, initiatives, and outcome reporting.\nExpert proficiency with GAM, GA4, Databricks, partner portals, Codex, Cursor, and related product-management tools.\nStrong quantitative judgment and cross-functional communication skills.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.\nPlease note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including employer sponsorship for an H-1B visa, OPT-STEM employment, etc.\nSinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
