You’ll serve as a creative partner to internal and external clients, translating their goals into compelling visual stories while acting as an ACCET representative at the station.\nYou’ll collaborate with sales teams, marketers, and clients to deliver strategic storytelling that balances emotion, brand objectives, and performance - all while maintaining ACCET creative standards.\nYOUR DAILY PLAYLIST:\nCreate high-quality, scroll-stopping content for client campaigns across TV, social, web, and streaming platforms \nLead creative execution for branded content, commercials, promotional spots, and social-first video \nServe as the station-level creative lead for ACCET, working closely with internal teams and external clients \nShoot footage, edit, and occasionally write projects ranging from quick-turn social content to longer-form branded pieces \nCollaborate directly with clients to develop concepts, manage expectations, and deliver polished creative solutions \nManage asset distribution across the network and track deliverables through Adobe Workfront \nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE STAGE:\nA passion for visual storytelling with a client-focused, marketing-driven mindset\nStrong camera, lighting, and production skills that elevate brand storytelling \nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator \nConfidence working directly with clients and internal stakeholders as a creative lead \nThe ability to run a solo shoot or collaborate seamlessly as part of a team \nA portfolio that demonstrates strong branded content, commercial, or promotional work \nWHY IT MATTERS:\nIn a crowded content landscape, brands need more than noise - they need connection. You won’t just create content - you’ll help shape how brands show up in the community.\nWhat skills do you need to be successful in this role?\nExtensive video shooting experience with broadcast and DSLR cameras \nAbility to shoot, edit, and write content that tells a compelling story \nA strong understanding of fundamental design principles, color theory, typography, and composition \nNon-linear editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator \nAdvanced knowledge of the post-production process, including media management and encoding video into various formats \nAbility to manage a variety of projects and work with varying production styles while employing strong communication skills \nAdvanced knowledge of high-definition (HD) cameras, videography, motion graphics, and creative lighting techniques \nStrong interpersonal skills to navigate internal and external employee and client relationships \nMust maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record \nAbility to routinely lift, carry, and move equipment in excess of 40 lbs. \nA college degree is preferred\nSinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
