rules and EPADS procedures\nMaintain procurement documentation and ensure readiness for audits, SPPRA and PPRA inspections, Board reviews, and EPADS record verification\nDraft and review contracts in coordination with legal, finance and projects departments\nNegotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements\nDevelop and maintain a prequalified vendor database\nEnsure procurement within approved budgets\nIdentify and mitigate procurement-related risks\nMonitor cost savings and value for money outcomes\nPrepare periodic procurement status report(s) for management and audit purpose\nSubmit mandatory reports to SPPRA, PPRA, and other relevant authorities\nStay updated on changes in SPPRA and PPRA rules, government policies, and best practices in public
