Anywhere.\nWe build resilient communication, navigation, and coordination systems for the age of autonomy.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Field Operations & Integration Manager to lead technology integration and customer adoption for military and enterprise clients, from initial technical requirements through deployment, user training, and feedback-driven product improvements.\nThis role combines project management, customer-facing technical leadership, field operations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful deployment and integration of our technology.\nResponsibilities\nProject & Client Integration Management\nOwn customer integration projects end-to-end, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through deployment and handoff to support teams.\n\nLead structured discovery sessions to understand customer UAV platforms, mission requirements, integration environments, and success criteria.\n\nTranslate complex or ambiguous customer requirements into clear technical specifications, project scope, and acceptance criteria.\n\nWork closely with Engineering teams to validate feasibility, estimate effort, and develop implementation plans.\n\nPlan project timelines, resources, priorities, and deliverables while coordinating engineers, pilots, and technical specialists.\n\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nManage project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.\n\nField Operations & Demonstrations\nCoordinate product demonstrations, field trials, and deployment activities.\n\nEnsure readiness of equipment, personnel, documentation, and training materials for customer engagements.\n\nOrganize and support acceptance testing, user onboarding, and customer training activities.\n\nGather, structure, and communicate customer feedback to Product and R&D teams.\n\nSupport troubleshooting efforts and coordinate the resolution of field-reported issues.\n\nOperational Coordination\nProvide operational coordination for the Finnish office, ensuring alignment across Integration, R&D, Logistics, and Operations teams.\n\nCoordinate equipment shipments, inventory readiness, and logistical support for field activities.\n\nTrack project milestones, documentation, and compliance requirements.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions to maintain project momentum.\n\nMaintain project documentation, status reports, change logs, and lessons learned.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience managing technical projects.
