Location: Tampere, on-site, full-time, permanent position About the Role We design and manufacture critical communication, video, SDR, software, and platform components for unmanned aerial systems operating in contested environments. Security is not a feature - it is a fundamental property of every product, service, and internal capability we ship. This is a deeply technical leadership role with direct influence on product and platform architecture. You will build and lead a team that works closely with hardware engineers, firmware developers, backend engineers, DevOps, product managers, and leadership - not as an auditor, but as a builder who is responsible for ensuring that teams design and ship secure systems.
