Our products have already proven their effectiveness in real combat conditions in Ukraine.\nWe are looking for a talented RF Engineer to contribute to the development, testing, and evaluation of RF devices and systems. This role involves working with high-frequency measurement equipment, preparing test benches, analyzing measurement results, and creating technical documentation.\nLocation: Lviv (on-site)\nResponsibilities\nDesign RF and mixed-signal electronic circuits and schematics.\n\nDevelop PCB layouts for high-frequency and mixed-signal systems.\n\nVerify designs through SPICE simulations, testing, and laboratory measurements.\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, production files, and test reports.\n\nSet up and configure test benches for RF measurements.\n\nMeasure and evaluate the characteristics and performance of RF devices, modules, and assemblies.\n\nAnalyze measurement data and prepare technical reports based on the results.\n\nCollaborate closely with the engineering team to validate design concepts and circuit solutions.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Radio Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.\n\nBasic understanding of RF circuit design, analog and digital communication systems, and signal processing techniques.\n\nHands-on experience with RF measurement equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.\n\nExperience using precision soldering equipment, including soldering SMD components (0402 and 0201 packages).\n\nProficiency with engineering CAD tools such as KiCad or Altium Designer.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.\n\nEnglish proficiency sufficient to read and prepare technical documentation.\n\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of antenna theory and experience measuring antenna characteristics.\n\nExperience with automated measurement systems and data collection/processing tools such as Python or MATLAB.\n\nWhat We Offer\nFlexible working hours, 24 days of paid annual leave, and unlimited sick leave.\n\nComprehensive health insurance and support for sports activities.\n\nLearning and development opportunities through internal and external training, English courses, and company-funded AI tools and software licenses.\n\nMilitary service deferral (reservation) for eligible employees, plus support for veterans and their families.\n\nA comfortable and safe workplace featuring ergonomic workstations, an on-site bomb shelter, modern equipment, and daily snacks.\n\nA human-centric culture built on trust and ownership, where people care about one another and strive to deliver meaningful results.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nIf you're excited about building technology that shapes the future of drone autonomy and want your work to have a meaningful impact on defense and security, we'd love to hear from you.\nIf this role aligns with your experience and ambitions, don't hesitate to apply.
