We are alsocertified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and bizSAFE STAR.\nJob Responsibilities\nManage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, firewalls, Wi-Fi and end-user devices\nAdminister and maintain CCTV and access control systems\nAdminister user accounts, email, domain and DNS, file storage and office productivity platforms\nOversee data backup, recovery and cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, patching and access rights\nProvide day-to-day IT support to staff, and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues\nManage software licensing for the company, including allocation to staff, renewals, usage tracking and licence compliance, with a focus on engineering and design software\nInstall, configure and support engineering and office software for users, and coordinate with software vendors on technical issues and upgrades\nMaintain the IT asset inventory and system documentation\nLiaise with IT vendors and service providers on procurement, maintenance contracts and projects\nRecommend and implement system improvements, and support future system transitions such as ERP implementation\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or systems support\nHands-on knowledge of Windows environments, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN) and backup solutions\nExperience with CCTV and access control systems is an advantage\nExperience managing licences for engineering or design software is an advantage\nCertifications such as CCNA or Microsoft certifications are an advantage\nAble to work independently and handle a broad range of IT matters as the company’s key IT resource\nWhat We Offer\n5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm\n14 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year from the 3rd year of service, up to a maximum of 18
