opportunities for improvement.\nMentor team members and contribute to engineering best practices.\n\nRequirements: \n7-9 years of professional software development experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.\nProven experience with Microservices and REST API design/development in production.\nPrior experience as a Tech Lead / Technical Lead or equivalent technical leadership role.\nHands-on experience contributing to system architecture/solution architecture.\nStrong SQL and database optimisation skills.\nProduction experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.\nStrong experience debugging and resolving production issues.\nGood understanding of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance.\nSkills\nJava, Kafka, Microservices, REST API, RabbitMQ,
