You should be comfortable working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, translating complex problems into simple experiences, and taking a product from discovery through design and implementation.\nWe are particularly looking for someone with strong B2B SaaS product experience, a good understanding of AI-powered product experiences, and an interest in using code and AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct & UX Design\nOwn design problems from discovery and research to final UI and implementation.\nUnderstand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints before proposing solutions.\nApply strong product thinking and problem-solving to identify and solve meaningful user problems.\nCreate user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.\nDesign intuitive experiences for complex B2B SaaS workflows.\nSimplify complex data, processes, and functionality into clear and user-friendly experiences.\nDesign experiences for AI-powered features, including AI-assisted workflows, automation, recommendations, and conversational interfaces.\nDesign Systems\nWork with and contribute to scalable design systems and component libraries.\nCreate and maintain consistent components, patterns, states, and variants across products.\nUnderstand how design components translate into reusable front-end components.\nCollaborate with developers to ensure design systems are implemented accurately and consistently.\nDesign + Development Collaboration\nWork closely with front-end developers to understand technical feasibility and implementation constraints.\nHave a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and React Native.\nUnderstand how front-end components, states, variants, and responsive behaviour work.\nBe comfortable reviewing implemented designs and identifying UI/UX gaps during development.\nHave hands-on experience with vibe coding / AI-assisted coding / code-based prototyping.\nUse AI and coding tools to rapidly explore, prototype, and validate product ideas.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMust Have\n2-3 years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design.\nStrong experience designing B2B SaaS products.\nStrong understanding of product thinking, UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.\nGood understanding of user research and usability testing.\nStrong proficiency in Figma.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.\nStrong understanding of design systems, components, variants, states, and responsive design.\nBasic knowledge of front-end development.\nUnderstanding of how components and design systems are implemented in React.\nBasic knowledge of React Native and mobile application design concepts.\nHands-on experience with vibe coding, AI-assisted coding, or code-based prototyping.\n Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.\nStrong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. \nGood to Have\nExperience designing AI-powered or AI-first product experiences.\nExperience working with complex B2B workflows, dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or enterprise products.\nUnderstanding of APIs, data structures, front-end states, or technical product constraints.\nExperience contributing to or building a design system from the ground implementation.\nUnderstands the complexity of B2B SaaS products and can make them simple and intuitive.\nHas a strong eye for visual quality, typography, hierarchy, layout, and interaction details.\nUnderstands how designs translate into real front-end components and experiences.\nIs curious about technology and comfortable experimenting with AI and code-based tools.\nCan collaborate effectively with engineers and understand discussions around components, states, interactions, and implementation.\nCan balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility when making
