Singleron has offices, laboratories, and manufacturing facilities in multiple locations worldwide.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Junior Field Application Scientist to serve as the technical bridge between our products and our customers across the region. You'll conduct demonstrations, trainings, and workshops; provide pre- and post-sales technical support; and work closely with sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customers succeed with our single-cell technologies. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their customer-facing technical career to grow within a dynamic, international team.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer-Facing Technical Support\n• Provide pre-sales technical application support and post-sales troubleshooting\n• Coordinate and conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations\n• Engage customers in project consultations to understand their needs and propose practical, workable solutions\n• Manage customer expectations and maintain strong, long-term relationships\nScientific & Sales Collaboration\n• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to achieve commercial goals\n• Engage in in-depth scientific discussions with customers to support and drive scientific publications\n• Prepare and deliver presentations to public audiences and key opinion leaders (KOLs)\nOther\n• Up to 10% regional travel may be required\n• Other related duties as assigned\nRequirements\n• PhD or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Immunology, Genomics, or a related field\n• 0–3 years of customer-facing experience (technical support, application science, sales or similar role)\n• Hands-on laboratory experience with genomics techniques(single-cell experience a plus)\n• Strong foundation in biological or clinical research\n• Basic proficiency in data analysis\n• Excellent communication,
