This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is ready to manage the successful execution of multi-site remodels, refreshes, specialty projects, and nationwide rollout programs.\nUnlike traditional construction projects focused on a single location, our Multi-Site Programs team manages multiple projects simultaneously across different markets and states, often working within aggressive schedules and established client programs. The successful candidate must be highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining consistency, quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations across every location.\nThis is an in-person role (no remote or hybrid options) based in our Lancaster, OH office.\nResponsibilities\nManage the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-site construction and rollout projects across multiple locations and markets.\nManage multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring each location meets client expectations, schedule, budget, scope, and quality requirements.\nManage and track project schedules, budgets, milestones, reporting, and deliverables.\nCoordinate and manage field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure projects are properly staffed and prepared for execution.\nCommunicate regularly with clients regarding project status, scheduling, open items, changes, and potential issues.\nReview project plans, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and client program requirements for accuracy and completeness.\nManage estimating, takeoffs, subcontractor solicitation, bid comparisons, and development of project and program pricing.\nSource and qualify subcontractors in markets throughout the country to meet current and future rollout needs.\nManage project documentation including contracts, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily reporting, punch lists, and closeout documentation.\nTrack materials, equipment, and subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with project start dates and program requirements.\nIdentify schedule, cost, manpower, material, or quality concerns and proactively develop solutions before they impact the project.\nManage change-order documentation, pricing, and supporting information.\nManage punch-list completion and drive projects through timely closeout.\nPerform site visits as needed to monitor project progress, workmanship, quality, safety, and compliance with client standards.\nDevelop strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, field personnel, and internal teams.\nMaintain consistent processes, quality, and execution across the entire program-not just individual projects.\nTravel as needed for project launches, site visits, client needs, and field operations.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunity to manage high-volume, nationwide multi-site construction and rollout projects.\nCareer growth opportunities within a growing construction company.\nExposure to national clients and large-scale rollout programs.\nCollaborative, team-oriented work environment.\nOpportunity to grow into a Project Manager within the Multi-Site Programs Division.\nIf you are a detail-oriented construction professional who enjoys a fast pace, taking ownership of multiple projects, solving problems, managing subcontractors and field operations, and delivering consistent results across multiple locations, we encourage you to apply.\nRequirements\nQualifications\n2-5 years of experience in construction project management, assistant project management, estimating, field operations, or a related construction role.\nExperience with multi-site construction, retail construction, remodel programs, refresh programs, specialty projects, or national rollouts preferred.\nStrong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and project documentation.\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.\nExperience obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and vendor pricing.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly to changing field conditions and schedules.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume construction environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
