That's where our Receiving Coordinators make a difference.\nAs a Receiving Coordinator, you'll be the hub of jobsite inventory and material management, making sure every delivery is accounted for, organized, protected, and available when the project team needs it. You'll work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, vendors, and delivery drivers to ensure materials don't become a roadblock to project success. \nThis isn't a traditional warehouse role. Coordinator, you'll support on-site operations by managing deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping ensure materials are available when needed throughout the project lifecycle.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nReceiving and inventorying all project materials and fixtures.\nInspecting deliveries for shortages, damages, and discrepancies.\nDocumenting and reporting damaged or missing materials.\nOrganizing and protecting materials stored on-site.\nMaintaining accurate inventory logs and material trackers.\nCoordinating deliveries with vendors and the Superintendent.\nTracking material usage and inventory levels throughout the project.\nManaging bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery documentation.\nUpdating inventory and material tracking systems.\nAssisting the Superintendent with reporting, documentation, and administrative support.\nCommunicating material shortages, delays, and delivery issues promptly.\nMaintaining clean, organized, and secure storage areas.\nSupporting jobsite safety initiatives and company safety standards.\nAssisting with additional project and administrative duties as needed.\nWhat Success Looks Like\n Deliveries arrive and are properly documented.\n Materials are organized, protected, and easy to locate.\n Inventory records remain accurate and up to date.\n The project team has the information they need to stay ahead of material shortages and schedule impacts.\n Superintendents and Project Managers trust you to keep critical project resources organized, tracked, and available when needed.\nRequirements\nYou'll likely have:\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExperience in receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, project coordination, or related fields.\nWillingness to work days, nights, and weekends as needed\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliveries simultaneously.\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\nExperience maintaining records, tracking information, and staying organized.\nComfort working with spreadsheets, email, and online systems.\nAbility to use smartphones or tablets for documentation and reporting.\nAbility to work independently while supporting a larger team.\nA valid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nForklift certification preferred but not
