This role is responsible for proactively tracking shipments against key operational milestones, identifying potential delays, coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions to minimize service disruptions.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor international and domestic shipments from origin to final delivery using carrier portals and tracking platforms.\n\nTrack shipment progress against predefined operational milestones, including pickup, departure, customs clearance, transshipment, arrival, warehouse processing, and final delivery.\n\nProactively identify shipment delays, exceptions, and potential risks, and initiate timely escalation to the relevant operational teams.\n\nCoordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, warehouses, and internal departments to resolve shipment issues promptly.\n\nEnsure all shipment milestones are updated accurately and in a timely manner within the systems.\n\nInvestigate shipment exceptions and implement corrective actions to minimize service disruptions and prevent recurrence.\n\nMaintain continuous communication with sales team and internal stakeholders by providing shipment status updates and expected recovery plans where required.\n\nMonitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer-specific delivery requirements.\n\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports on shipment status, milestone performance, delays, exceptions, and recovery actions.\n\nProvide visibility to Sales team and management during operational disruptions, including transportation delays, customs issues, weather events, and capacity constraints.\n\nAnalyze shipment trends and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, shipment visibility, and on-time delivery performance.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, regulatory standards, and safety procedures.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum ITE qualification and above\n\nExperience in logistics, shipment tracking, or supply chain operations is an advantage.\n\nGood communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office;
