investigations and debugging for complex application defects and production incidents, taking direct ownership of resolution.\nPerform direct analysis of code, system logs, data flows, and observability tools (e.g., for logging, metrics, and tracing) to accurately identify root causes.\nDesign, develop, and implement robust, preventative fixes and patches to ensure system stability and improve overall system resilience and performance.\nQuality Assurance & Technical Review:\nActively participate in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enforce coding standards, improve performance, and ensure adherence to security guidelines and architectural principles.\nCollaborate closely with QA teams and business users to prepare comprehensive test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate the high quality and fitness-for-purpose of delivered solutions.\nStakeholder Communication & Technical Documentation:\nServe as a key technical liaison, effectively communicating complex technical concepts and solutions to both business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed solution designs, system configurations, support guides (SOPs), process flows, and API specifications, ensuring clarity and transparency for ongoing support and development.\nRequirements\n Ruby on Rails experience is a mandatory requirement for this role.\n3 years onwards of progressive experience in Information Technology, with a significant portion dedicated to a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Analyst function.\nAbility to design, develop, and maintain robust applications usingRubyonRailsand either PostgreSQL or
