You will lead complex audit engagements, oversee portfolio-level assurance activities, and partner with senior stakeholders to identify emerging risks, strengthen controls and improve operational resilience. Acting as a trusted and technically credible adviser, you will translate complex network, technology and cyber risks into meaningful business insights while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based audit outcomes.\nThe Day to Day\nLead and oversee complex audits across telecommunications networks, technology infrastructure, cyber security, cloud services, data management, resilience and critical third-party technology environments.\nDevelop and execute risk-based audit plans, ensuring audit coverage aligns with emerging technology, cyber, operational resilience and regulatory risks across the Networks and Technology portfolio.\nProvide independent challenge and quality oversight of audit planning, testing, findings and reporting, ensuring conclusions are evidence-based and focused on business, customer, security and operational outcomes.\nBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology, Cyber Security, Network Operations, Architecture, Data, Risk and Compliance functions, providing strategic insights and assurance recommendations.\nLead, coach and develop audit professionals while driving continuous improvement in audit methodologies, technology-enabled assurance techniques and Networks & Technology audit capability.\nWhat You Bring\nSignificant experience in Internal Audit, Technology Risk, Cyber Security Assurance, External Audit or related assurance disciplines, including leading complex audits across technology and operational environments.\nStrong practical understanding of telecommunications networks, network architecture, technology infrastructure, cloud platforms, cyber security, resilience and critical technology operations.\nProven ability to assess governance, risk management and control effectiveness across complex technology, cyber, data and technology-enabled business environments.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical risks into clear business, customer, regulatory and operational implications for senior leaders.\nExperience gained within a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY or KPMG) in Technology Risk, IT Audit, Cyber Security, Telecommunications Advisory, Technology Assurance or Risk Consulting will be highly regarded.\nThe good stuff\nCompetitive remuneration and colleague discounts.
