Grow with us in a workplace that champions innovation, embraces agility, and puts human potential at the heart of everything we do.\nBe a Part of Something BIG!\nSupport implementation and operation of Central AI Kitchen's shared Agentic AI Platform Services running on Red Hat OpenShift or equivalent container platforms.\nAssist in implementing and maintaining platform capabilities supporting secure interaction between AI agents, enterprise systems and tools, including MCP services, MCP/API gateways, agent identity and agent registry.\nDevelop and maintain reusable platform components and services to enable application teams to build, onboard and operate governed enterprise AI agents.\nSupport the security, scalability, interoperability, resilience and reliability of agentic AI services.\nPerform hands-on engineering, testing, troubleshooting, deployment and operational support under the technical direction of the Lead AI Platform Engineer.\nCollaborate with AI architects, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, application teams and other AI Platform Engineering teams.\nMake an Impact by:\nSupport implementation and lifecycle management of assigned agent services on Central AI Kitchen\nImplement and operate MCP servers and MCP gateway capabilities to provide standardized and governed connectivity between AI agents, enterprise tools, APIs and data services.\nSupport implementation of agent identity and authentication capabilities in collaboration with the Lead AI Platform Engineer and development teams to enable trusted identities for AI agents and secure agent-to-tool, service-to-service and agent-to-agent interactions.\nImplement and operate components of the enterprise agent registry supporting agent discovery, metadata management, ownership, lifecycle status and governance.\nImplement security controls for authentication, authorization, secrets management, tool access and least-privilege execution by AI agents according to approved platform and cybersecurity standards.\nPerform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment and operational support for assigned platform services.\nMaintain technical documentation, deployment configurations, test cases, operating procedures and knowledge articles for assigned components.\nWork with internal staff, offshore engineers, vendors and other platform teams to support delivery and operation of assigned capabilities.\nSkills for Success:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\n2-4 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, cloud-native infrastructure, DevOps, or data/AI platform roles.\nHands-on experience working with Kubernetes/OpenShift or equivalent container platforms.\nExperience developing, deploying or integrating APIs, microservices or distributed application services.\nExperience with software development, scripting, system integration or platform automation.\nExperience working in engineering teams using source control, CI/CD and structured software delivery practices.\nHands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes or equivalent container platforms, including workload deployment, configuration and basic troubleshooting.\nUnderstanding of REST APIs, API gateways, service-to-service communication and distributed system integration.\nBasic understanding of enterprise identity and security concepts including OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC, service identities and secrets management.\nBasic understanding of GenAI and AI agent architectures, including agents, tools, models and APIs.\nExperience developing or supporting containerized microservices.\nFamiliarity with Git, GitOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.\nUnderstanding of observability concepts including logging, metrics, tracing and operational monitoring.\nWorking knowledge of cybersecurity principles including least privilege, credential management, authentication and authorization.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to learn new technologies and apply them to practical engineering problems.\nGood communication skills and ability to work effectively within engineering teams.\nAbility to collaborate across AI, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture and application teams.\nAbility to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from senior engineers.\nWillingness to document work, share knowledge and follow established engineering practices.\nAre you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities?\nTake the leap with Singtel to unlock new opportunities and accelerate your growth.
