will Make An Impact:\nAI Solution Development\nDesign, develop and deploy AI agents using LLMs, RAG and prompt engineering.\nBuild scalable AI workflows that automate enterprise business processes.\nTranslate business requirements into practical AI solutions.\nDevelop reusable prompt workflows, tool-calling capabilities and structured outputs.\nKnowledge & RAG Engineering\nBuild and optimise RAG pipelines connected to approved enterprise knowledge sources.\nImprove retrieval quality through chunking, embeddings, indexing and metadata strategies.\nMaintain trusted knowledge bases and ensure source-grounded AI responses.\nAI Platform & Integration\nIntegrate AI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases and internal platforms.\nDevelop secure tool-calling capabilities and support deployment into production.\nMonitor and optimise AI application performance.\nModel Quality & Governance\nDesign evaluation frameworks to measure response quality, retrieval accuracy and hallucination risks.\nOptimise prompts, guardrails and model performance.\nSupport governance, version control and human-in-the-loop review processes.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with product, engineering and business teams to deliver AI solutions.\nSupport demonstrations, UAT, production rollout and technical documentation.\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nSkills for Success:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related discipline.\n3-5 years of software engineering experience with Python.\nHands-on experience building LLM applications, AI Agents or RAG solutions.\nExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar AI frameworks.\nExperience integrating APIs, databases and enterprise systems.\nKnowledge of vector databases, semantic search and prompt engineering.\nExperience with Git, CI/CD and container technologies.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.\nKnowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI agent orchestration.\nExperience deploying open-source LLMs (e.g. vLLM, Ollama).\nExposure to MLOps, model fine-tuning or domain
