help you grow your career while making a difference where it matters most.\nHow You will Make An Impact:\nSupport Engineer for the Singtel TV broadcast systems for Singtel TV, CAST, Singtel Business TV, and cross - carriage services.\nSupports three broadcast data centres onsite/remotely.\nService and system performance monitoring - proactive and predictive.\nService recovery of live services - headend, ingest and playout.\nEvent management - Major events (EPL, FIFAWC, EURO, national significant broadcast event).\nOps excellence - IT Disaster Recovery Plan exercise, IMDA regulatory compliance, and Security audit compliance\nManaging live content/sports event acquisition via satellite, fibre and IP delivery.\nWork closely with the project and operations teams; and external parties in problem troubleshooting and resolution.\nPerform system administration tasks such as system hardening, patch installation and inventory.\nCreate and updates technical reports and system documents.\nDocument & Follow-up Maintenance schedule / Incident reporting promptly\nAdhere to the organisation’s cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices in daily operations.\nMaintain good cybersecurity awareness and comply with established security procedures, including access control, password management, data protection, and incident reporting.\nTo always work safely, complying with Singtel workplace safety and health policies\nSkills for Success:\nDiploma in Electronics or Computer Engineering.\n2 years of experience in the broadcasting/media industry, preferably in a Support Engineer or similar technical role preferred but fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a strong interest in broad-cast/media technology are welcome to apply.\nExperience in networking eg: CCNA Certification will be advantageous\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a team.\nAble to work positively under pressure and has good problem-solving skills\nFlexible with work time (To work on 12-hour shift, weekends and public holidays).\nAbility to do cabling work such as laying of cabling, fabrication of video/network cables will be
