Our diverse workforce of 13,000 has delivered large-scale, mission-critical, and multi-platform projects for governments and enterprises in Singapore and the APAC region\nAs a Business System Analyst (Technical), you will serve as a techno-functional analyst, bridging business requirements with technical solutions through system design, requirement analysis, and functional validation.\nWhat will you do?\nProvide ongoing application support and participate across the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\nLead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and solution designs.\nPerform functional analysis and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, processes, and technical feasibility.\nPrepare comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and system designs.\nDefine and execute test strategies, develop test cases, conduct functional and user acceptance testing, and follow through on defect resolution.\nPlan and deliver end-user training for new implementations or system enhancements.\nAct as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, advising on IT processes, workflows, and organizational impacts.\nSupport project management activities, including requirement definition, progress tracking, and ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and budget.\nCoordinate cross-functional resources and ensure alignment for project execution.\nProvide 24/7 application support where required.\nContribute to RFP preparation, vendor assessments, and solution evaluations in collaboration.\nThe ideal candidate should possess:\n3-5 years of experience in experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems\nStrong business analysis skills with proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical deliverables.\nSolid understanding of MS Windows environments and enterprise application support.\nProficiency in SQL/Oracle database.\nDemonstrated success in project management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills.\nPrior experience in the healthcare domain is an advantage.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.\nWe are driven by ourAEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity -and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
