communication.\nSupport asset discovery, inventory validation, and alignment of asset data with security tools and CMDB requirements.\nWork with SOC, infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams to improve security visibility, telemetry, and detection coverage.\nEnsure cybersecurity tools are updated, patched, resilient, redundant, and aligned with operational requirements.\nEnsure adherence to central security guidelines, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable industry standards.\nSupport cybersecurity audits, compliance assessments, regulatory submissions, and internal GRC processes.\nPrepare management reports, dashboards, metrics, and status updates on tool coverage, compliance posture, risks, and initiative progress.\nMaintain security policies, procedures, SOPs, runbooks, technical documentation, and configuration records.\nProvide technical guidance to junior team members and support resolution of delivery issues and escalations. \nSkills For Success\nBachelor’s degree or diploma with relevant experience in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field \n5-8 years of experience in Tools administration, cybersecurity engineering, securityoperations.\n\nHands-on experience or working knowledge of security tools such as PAM, IAM, Segmentation tools, and firewalls. \nGood understanding of identity and access management, privileged access, asset discovery, network security, segmentation, vulnerability management, and security monitoring \nGood knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPNs, ports, protocols, and encryption. \nGood knowledge on Windows, Linux Administration.\nExperience working in complex, regulated, or infrastructure-heavy environments. \nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills\nExperience in Scripting and Automation.\nExperience developing dashboards, reports, or automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and visibility\nPreferred Certifications and Skills\nRelevant certifications (Security+, GIAC, CCNA/CCNP Security) \nNetworking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are advantageous.\nNetworking or firewall certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or equivalent \nKnowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, cloud security, scripting, or automation is advantageous Exposure to Illumio / Guardicore.\nKnowledge of scripting, automation, APIs, and workflow integration using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies \nExposure to cloud security in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.\nExperience with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the
