inventory and operational data to identify trends, exceptions, risks and improvements opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports for Outside Plant Engineering and Operations.\nEstablish KPIs and performance metrics covering utilization and work progress, SLA performance, productivity, data quality and operational efficiency.\nPerform trend, variance, aging, exception and root cause analysis to support management decision making.\nOutside Plant Network Analytics\nSupport analytics for outside plant infrastructure including:\nFibre and Copper cables\nCables routes and cable segments\nDucts and sub-ducts\nManholes\nFibre distribution infrastructure\nSplitters and access network resources\nAnalyse infrastructure capacity, utilization, availability, and infrastructure conditions.\nIdentify underutilize, duplicate, obsolete or incorrect recorded resources.\nProvide analytical support for infrastructure investment decision.\nOutside Plant Inventory & Data Quality\nPerform data validation, reconciliation, and cleansing of inventory information.\nIdentify missing, duplicate, inconsistent or inaccurate records.\nWork with engineering and system teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.\nSupport reconciliation between Network Resource Inventory (NRI), GIS, Digital Field Force (DFF) and other sources systems.\nAutomation & Process Improvement\nIdentify repetitive operational activities suitable for automation.\nDevelop automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop or equivalent tools that are approved by company.\nReduce manual effort and improve process turnaround time through data-driven automation.\nMeasure and track productivity and man-hour saving delivered through automation initiatives.\nAI & Advanced Analytics\nDesign, build and maintain AI workflow/agents for operations use cases.\nDevelop and optimize AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency.\nExperiment with multi-agent architecture, RAG pipelines, and skills-based frameworks.\nApply emerging AI technologies to enhance AI workflow/agents.\nExplore the application of AI, GenAI, and advanced analytics to Outside Plant Engineering use cases.\nWork with operation teams and stakeholders to validate outputs and improve workflows based on user and operational feedback.\nSkills for Success:\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.\nStrong analytical thinker, fast learner, able to understand requirements, adapt to new AI tools and domains, communicate clearly, and work independently\nStrong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.\nExperience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent frameworks, or workflow orchestration systems.\nHands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) is an added
