Whether you're engineering intelligent networks, advancing sovereign AI cloud platforms, strengthening cybersecurity, designing seamless customer experiences or driving sustainable innovation, you'll be part of teams shaping the future of technology.\nBacked by decades of expertise and driven by a culture of continuous learning and innovation, Singtel offers the scale, opportunities and support to help you grow your career while making a difference where it matters most.\nHow You will Make An Impact:\nSupport the Director of DART in developing the DART framework and operationalize across all audit functions in Singtel Group and regional mobile associates.\nSpecifically Support Director of DART in:\nLeading and performing more complex data analytic work\nHelping to educate and encourage rest of team to use DA\nSupport DART Director in helping to identify various tools to be used \nTrain and develop the team on use of new tools\nDevelop relationships internally in IA and also within the firm to source the necessary data, key emphasis on relationship management\nSupport team in developing continuous risk assessments and continuous auditing, leverage use of data analytics and particularly implement robotics/AI to help identify and perform continuous and automated auditing on high risk areas\nPerform administrative duties, when required.\nTraining and Awareness\nCoach and develop team members within the operational IA teams to improve their skills.\nStakeholder Management.\nAs a member of the DART team Influencing and managing DA and Robotics across Global audit functions and its regional mobile associates in a large geography covering Singapore, Australia, US and all other jurisdictions the Group has operations; which demands deep IA, DA and robotics expertise as well as effective leadership and communication skills.\nSkills for Success:\nRecognized university degree, preferably in the field of statistics, data science or artificial intelligence.\nAt least 4 to 6 years’ experience in audit, BI, data visualization, machine learning or AI.\nProven track record in using Data Analytics, and ability to be able to help support training and awareness of DA within the IA team. \nSolid understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence\nHands-on experience in SQL, Tableau / Power BI, R / Python and UiPath\nHas completed or is in process of completing advanced external DA training and qualifications. \nCan build relationships with key stakeholders in sourcing the data and helping to support the teams in performing DA on audits.\nStrong leadership qualities and general management skills. \nStrong project management skills\nStrong stakeholders management and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence cross-functionally, across levels, with diverse groups in a rapidly evolving business environment while managing multiple / concurrent projects. \nStrong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.\nIndependent self-starter with ability to multitask.
