Now, we are bringing this energy to Kuala Lumpur with the launch of our brand-new Shared Services Centre.\nWe are looking for a Data Procurement & Settlement Executive to support the end-to-end procurement and settlement of data services by coordinating with global partners, processing service orders, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. You will play a key role in delivering operational excellence by maintaining data accuracy, supporting billing and settlement activities, and working closely with internal stakeholders and overseas partners to ensure smooth service delivery.\nMake an Impact by:\n1. Data Procurement & Order Management\nProcess and coordinate service requests, including new orders, terminations, upgrades, downgrades, relocations, contract renewals, service migrations, and account transfers. \nPrepare and submit partner order forms through partner portals or email, ensuring requests are complete and accurate. \nMonitor order acknowledgements and follow up with partners to ensure timely processing. \nUpdate order status, cost information, billing commencement and end dates, and complete activity closures within established service timelines. \nMaintain accurate documentation and records for all procurement activities. \n2. Settlement & Billing Operations\nSupport the end-to-end settlement process for partner payments. \nValidate partner invoices against internal system records to ensure billing accuracy. \nProcess partner invoices within agreed timelines and coordinate with the Accounts Payable team for payment processing. \nSupport settlement activities for designated products and services using SAP systems. \nReconcile partner statements of account and monitor payment status. \nAssist in the timely investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies and partner payment enquiries. \n3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Operational Excellence\nWork closely with overseas partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth order fulfilment and settlement activities. \nProvide regular updates on order progress, payment status, and operational activities to relevant stakeholders. \nSupport cost optimisation initiatives through proactive contract renewals and service migration projects. \nMaintain operational statistics and reporting to support business analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. \nEscalate operational issues promptly and contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality and operational efficiency. \nSkills for Success\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline. \nExperience in procurement operations, order management, billing, settlement, or service delivery within a telecommunications or shared services environment is advantageous. \nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately. \nGood analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve operational issues. \nExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service timelines. \nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. \nIt'll be great if you also have:\nExperience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Fiori, ESOM, EWS, SMOD, or similar order management and billing platforms. \nExposure to telecommunications service provisioning, procurement, or partner management. \nKnowledge of invoice validation, settlement processes, and financial reconciliation. \nExperience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives. \nYour Career Growth Starts Here.
