Whether you're engineering intelligent networks, advancing sovereign AI cloud platforms, strengthening cybersecurity, designing seamless customer experiences or driving sustainable innovation, you'll be part of teams shaping the future of technology.\nBacked by decades of expertise and driven by a culture of continuous learning and innovation, Singtel offers the scale, opportunities and support to help you grow your career while making a difference where it matters most.\nHow You will Make An Impact:\nManage day-to-day facilities operations across assigned Singtel locations, ensuring building systems and critical infrastructure remain reliable and operational.\nMonitor key facilities systems, including power, UPS, cooling, environmental monitoring, BMS and related infrastructure.\nCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, planned shutdowns and technical issue resolution with service providers and stakeholders.\nManage facilities incidents, including escalation, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and service restoration.\nMonitor Managing Agent and service-provider performance against agreed service levels and maintenance requirements.\nEnsure facilities operations comply with applicable fire safety, workplace safety, building and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain facilities documentation, asset records and operational reports, and support internal and external audits.\nManage facilities-related customer requests and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\nSupport operating and capital budget management, expenditure monitoring and facilities-related financial processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve BMS performance, maintenance reliability, energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.\nSupport facilities projects, sustainability initiatives and energy-conservation programmes.\nParticipate in change management activities and coordinate approvals for site or system changes.\nSkills for Success:\nDegree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline, with relevant facilities management experience. \nGood working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Environmental Monitoring Systems, electrical distribution, and ACMV systems.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage changing operational priorities.\nAble to work effectively independently and collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and service partners.\nGood written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.\nProactive in identifying and implementing operational, reliability, and efficiency improvements.\nExperience leading, guiding or coaching team members.
