An individual in this role will be responsible to work with various finance teams to deliver timely and accurate financial data.\nIn addition, this role will provide support to RTR’s continuous improvement initiatives, which includes identifying process gaps and enhancement opportunities, simplifying, and standardizing activities, driving automation and system enhancement across RTR to improve close efficiency.\nMake an impact by\nHandle month-end close activities, including journals, reconciliations and balance sheet accounts review to ensure accurate and timely financial closing.\nSupport the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance to accounting policies and standards.\nLiaise with auditors to address queries, provide supporting documentation, and facilitate timely completion of statutory audits.\nDrive process improvement through review of processes, identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements.\nWork with IT and automation teams to coordinate process improvements initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution development, UAT, implementation and change management. \nMonitor post-implementation outcomes, identify further enhancement opportunities and provide ongoing guidance and support to team members. \nSupport other RTR activities or initiatives as assigned.\nSkills for Success\nDegree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline;
