You'll partner with the business to turn financial and commercial insights into decisions that drive sustainable growth, profitability and stronger business outcomes.\nThis is where BIG Possibilities become reality.\nBe a Part of Something BIG!\nAs the Finance Manager, SMB Segment, you will be the key Finance Business Partner and subject matter expert supporting Singtel's Small & Medium Business (SMB) Segment.\nYou will lead the consolidation and analysis of financial performance across Fixed, Mobile and Channel Sales, partnering closely with business leaders to translate financial and commercial insights into actions that drive sustainable growth and profitability. Beyond financial reporting, you will provide strategic advisory, challenge business assumptions and strengthen financial governance as the SMB business continues to evolve.\nHow You will Make An Impact:\nLead the consolidation of SMB financial performance across Fixed, Mobile and Channel Sales, covering actuals, forecasts, budgets, revenue and costs.\nServe as the key Finance Business Partner and point of contact for SMB Segment financial matters, providing financial and commercial support to the SMB Head and business teams.\nManage monthly closing and provide business partnering support for SMB Channel Sales and SMB Fixed Services across products including domestic data, telephony, managed network services and technology solutions.\nReview monthly financial performance against budget and forecast, analyse underlying business drivers and highlight key variances to enable timely business actions.\nDrive quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting exercises, challenging business assumptions to develop robust yet progressive financial projections.\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, Product and other stakeholders to align financial plans and forecasts across multiple SMB revenue streams.\nProvide strategic and operational financial advisory on capital investments, new products and services, commercial initiatives and evolving business models.\nEvaluate tactical and promotional offers designed to respond to competitive activity, increase customer take-up or reduce terminations.\nReview business cases and develop financial models to assess the financial viability of Capex and commercial proposals, including ROIC and NPV analysis.\nCalculate, analyse and review IFRS 15 adjustments and regularly monitor the associated balance sheet positions.\nSupport internal and external audits while ensuring strong financial controls, governance and regulatory compliance.\nApply commercial judgement to competitor intelligence, market developments and industry trends, translating them into actionable financial insights.\nPartner with business stakeholders to resolve complex accounting, control, process and reporting matters arising from new products, services and business models.\nDrive continuous process improvement to strengthen the efficiency, effectiveness and scalability of Finance processes.\nDevelop and enhance financial analysis tools and reporting using workbooks, SAP BW, Cognos and other relevant systems.\nSkills for Success:\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.\nStrong experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), business partnering, management reporting, forecasting and budgeting.\nStrong financial modelling capabilities with experience evaluating business cases, investments, ROIC and NPV.\nSound accounting knowledge, including experience with IFRS 15, financial controls and governance.\nStrong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers and translate financial performance into actionable recommendations.\nProven ability to challenge assumptions and provide independent financial advice to business stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Product and multiple Finance teams.\nAble to communicate complex financial information clearly to both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.\nExperience with SAP BW, Cognos, financial reporting tools and advanced Excel is advantageous.\nStrong process management capabilities with experience driving process improvements and implementing new ways of working.\nIndependent, proactive and comfortable making sound decisions in a dynamic business environment.\nAre you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities?\nTake the leap with Singtel to unlock new opportunities and accelerate your growth.
