This role combines strong technical expertise with hands-on implementation, focusing on Ansible, Linux environments, and scalable automation solutions to support enterprise operations.\nMake an Impact by:\nDefine and implement infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible across Linux and Windows environments\nDesign and manage automation workflows, job templates, and role-based access control within Ansible Automation Platform\nAutomate Day-2 operations including patching, configuration drift remediation, monitoring, backup, and incident response\nDevelop reusable automation playbooks, modules, and CI/CD pipelines for consistent infrastructure deployment\nImplement self-healing and auto-remediation mechanisms to improve system reliability and reduce downtime\nEnsure high availability, scalability, and security across automated infrastructure processes\nMaintain version-controlled infrastructure code repositories and enforce best practices\nEnsure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards through policy-driven automation\nCollaborate with Cloud, Security, and Operations teams to align automation initiatives with business objectives\nDrive continuous improvement by evaluating and adopting new automation tools and methodologies\nSkills for Success:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field\n10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 5 years in automation\nStrong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible and solid Linux administration experience\nProven experience in Ansible Automation Platform including workflows, RBAC and credential management\nHands-on experience with VM provisioning, infrastructure automation and system hardening\nExperience in automating Day-2 operations such as patching, monitoring and remediation\nStrong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell or PowerShell\nGood understanding of networking, security and system administration principles\nExperience working with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure\nStrong communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a complex environment\nGood to Have:\nExperience with container orchestration technologies\nKnowledge of GitOps methodologies\nExperience in cloud security automation and compliance frameworks (e.g. CIS)\nFamiliarity with observability tools such as Grafana or ELK stack\nExposure to AI-driven automation (AIOps) or ChatOps\nYour Career Growth Starts Here.
