Working closely with Sales, Delivery, Product and technology partners, you will help customers transform traditional enterprise networks into agile, digitally managed infrastructures.\nHow You will Make An Impact:\nAct as the primary trusted technical advisor for pre-sales engagements, understanding customers' networking, communications and transformation requirements.\n\nPartner Sales and Account Managers in customer engagements, providing technical expertise and shaping compelling value propositions.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, C-level executives and technology leaders throughout the customer relationship.\n\nPartner system integrators and strategic technology partners to design end-to-end network solutions.\n\nDesign cost-effective, secure, resilient and reliable ICT solutions across WAN, SD-WAN and managed services.\n\nDevelop solutions integrating cloud networking, secure connectivity and major cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.\n\nLead solution architecture for complex tenders spanning networking, edge-to-cloud solutions and managed ICT services.\n\nTranslate business requirements into network roadmaps.\n\nEngage customers on public, private, hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity architectures based on their cloud adoption strategies and technical requirements.\n\nConduct Proof-of-Concept identify new business opportunities.\n\nLead large and complex tenders across network and data growth areas, including Singtel's software-defined networking capabilities.\n\nWork across regional Sales, Pre-Sales, Product and Delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from solution design through implementation and service delivery.\n\nMaintain high-quality documentation covering customer network configurations, processes and technical updates.\n\nSupport strategic in-country marketing initiatives as a speaker, sharing industry and technology insights to strengthen Singtel's market positioning.\n\nSupport post-sales optimisation by reviewing network performance and recommending improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational overhead.\n\nSupport Project Managers during network deployment and provide technical guidance for post-sales queries.\n\nTravel domestically and internationally as required for customer engagements and business activities.\n\nSkills for Success:\nDegree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.\n\nAt least 15-20 years of relevant technical experience within the Communications, Network or Information Technology industry.\n\nCCNA certification is required.\n\nDeep expertise in enterprise network design and architecture, including the ability to assess current-state networks and define future-state transformation paths.\n\nStrong knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE/SSE, WAN/LAN, cloud access, uCPE, VNF and IoT networks.\n\nStrong knowledge of SASE technologies such as Zscaler and Palo Alto.\n\nExperience with SD-WAN platforms such as Cisco, Fortinet and Silver Peak.\n\nKnowledge of WAN connectivity, including MPLS and Internet-based networks.\n\nUnderstanding of SIP for voice communications, SaaS and public cloud access strategies.\n\nKnowledge of wireless and 5G technologies for next-generation networks.\n\nUnderstanding of Network as a Service and software-defined cloud connectivity solutions.\n\nFamiliarity with IT/OT convergence in industrial environments.\n\nStrong leadership, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills.\n\nStrong customer engagement, presentation and communication skills.\n\nAble to engage effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience working in Agile or cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.\n\nAble to work independently while collaborating effectively across customers, peers and internal stakeholders.\n\nCCNP/CCIP, SD-WAN and cloud certifications such as AWS,
