This role is essential for delivering a comprehensive talent acquisition experience for Singtel’s business units in Malacca and Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia. The main responsibilities of this role include attracting top talent to support the growth of our Malaysia business units, building a strong employer brand, collaborating with educational institutions as necessary, ensuring proactive recruitment, establishing talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs, and assisting in the onboarding process for all new hires in Malaysia. Additionally, the role involves directly managing Talent Acquisition Managers and providing managerial and coaching guidance to ensure operational recruiting excellence.\nMake an impact by:\nTake ownership of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process in Malaysia. \nDrive sustainable talent acquisition strategies and provide high-quality recruitment advisory to line managers for core recruitment and leadership roles. \nEnhance and deepen sourcing channels and platforms to build candidate pipelines.
