Working closely with Business, Product, Sales and Finance stakeholders, you will provide data-driven insights to support senior management decisions while exploring analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and business performance.\nHow You will Make An Impact:\nEnterprise Mobile Planning & Forecasting\nLead the development and consolidation of monthly rolling forecasts and a 3-year financial outlook for Enterprise Mobile.\nEnsure alignment between operational drivers, financial outcomes and management reporting.\nPartner with Business, Product, Sales and Finance stakeholders to validate forecasting assumptions and inputs across products and segments. \nDevelop and enhance analytics-driven forecasting models using historical trends, leading indicators and scenario analysis to improve forecast accuracy.\nMonth-End Close & Financial Governance\nCoordinate Enterprise Mobile inputs into month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency between actuals, forecasts and management reporting.\nPartner with Finance and FP&A teams to analyse variances, support judgement items and address post-close adjustments. \nApply data analytics to strengthen validation, identify unusual movements and improve reporting accuracy and transparency.\nPerformance Management & Sales Governance\nPerform variance analysis, trend reviews and risk assessments against business targets and forecasts. \nIdentify performance gaps, risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.\nSupport enterprise sales performance management through sales funnel tracking, pipeline visibility and performance analysis.\nPartner with Business and Finance teams on sales target setting and validation.\nOversee earned revenue, EBITDA submissions and sales achievement tracking, ensuring accuracy and consistency across Business, Finance, HR and Commissions.\nExecutive Reporting & Business Insights\nPrepare executive-ready presentations and management reports for Trading Meetings, Business Performance Reviews (BPRs) and MC updates.\nTranslate complex financial and operational data into clear business insights and recommendations for senior management.\nDeliver quarterly competitor and business performance insights.\nCoordinate data extraction and analysis for business cases and ad-hoc management requests.\nSkills for Success:\nDegree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science or Business Analytics, with demonstrated quantitative or analytical training\n5-10 years of relevant experience in business planning, financial analysis, forecasting or performance management. \nStrong understanding of enterprise business models, operational drivers and financial performance. \nExperience linking operational activities to financial outcomes through forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting. \nProficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, Salesforce or Studio Analytics. \nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable business recommendations. \nInterest in exploring emerging analytical and AI-enabled tools to improve business monitoring, forecasting and insights. \nStrong communication and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders from different backgrounds. \nStrong stakeholder management, influencing and project management capabilities. \nAble to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple business functions.\nHighly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.\nGood to Have\nHonours degree or postgraduate qualification in Finance, Financial Analytics, Business Analytics or Data
