From developing campaign strategy to bringing it to market, this is a hands-on role that combines customer insights, creative communications, digital marketing and strong commercial thinking.\nHow You will Make An Impact:\nOwn integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation and post-campaign evaluation.\nDevelop compelling marketing communications across paid, owned and earned channels to drive customer awareness, consideration, acquisition and conversion.\nDrive growth initiatives by identifying new customer, channel, partnership and campaign opportunities that contribute to business objectives.\nTranslate business priorities into marketing strategies designed around clear customer and commercial outcomes.\nDevelop customer propositions and campaign messaging that clearly communicate product benefits, promotions and reasons to choose the brand.\nPartner with Performance Marketing teams to translate brand and communications strategies into effective digital acquisition and conversion activities.\nUse customer, market and campaign insights to identify opportunities, optimise marketing activities and improve overall effectiveness.\nManage creative, media and other agency partners, providing clear briefs and ensuring high-quality and timely campaign delivery.\nWork closely with Product Marketing, Product Development, Sales, eCommerce and other business teams to bring marketing initiatives to market.\nTrack and evaluate campaign performance against agreed business and marketing KPIs and translate results into actionable recommendations.\nMonitor competitor and market activity to identify emerging trends, customer needs and potential growth opportunities.\nManage multiple campaigns and priorities concurrently while maintaining strong executional rigour and attention to detail.\nSkills for Success:\nDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.\nMore than 3 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, integrated marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing or a related role.\nStrong understanding of the end-to-end marketing campaign process, from strategy and briefing through execution and performance evaluation.\nExperience developing marketing communications across digital and traditional customer touchpoints.\nGood understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition and conversion principles.\nStrong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.\nComfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics to make informed recommendations.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies and timelines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for customer-facing communications.\nProactive, resourceful and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.\nCurious about what drives customers to act and able to connect customer insights, creative communications and commercial objectives.\nComfortable moving between strategic campaign development and hands-on execution.\nAre you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities?\nTake the leap with Singtel to unlock new opportunities and accelerate your growth.
