How You will Make An Impact:

• Represent the business as a Martech specialist and partner with IT, vendors, Analytics and business teams to design, enhance and implement Martech/AdTech capabilities that support data-driven and personalised customer engagement.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Martech enhancements and new capabilities, including requirements gathering, prioritisation, solution design, UAT/BRT, release coordination, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Support campaign teams with platform configuration, audience segmentation, workflow setup, contact policy, consent rules, campaign tracking and activation readiness across relevant Martech platforms.
• Coordinate with Product Development, IT and supplier teams to ensure campaign offers and customer treatments can be correctly handed off from Martech platforms to downstream fulfilment, product catalogue, order management, BSS/OSS or service orchestration processes where required.
• Drive adoption of decisioning and personalisation capabilities, including next-best-action logic, business rules, arbitration frameworks, offer eligibility, channel prioritisation and reusable decision assets.
• Work with IT, Analytics and Data Science teams to ensure required data sources, campaign metadata, interaction data and outcome data are integrated and available for activation, reporting, attribution and optimisation.
• Ensure operational continuity by managing incidents, service requests, change requests and platform enhancements, providing L1 business support and coordinating L2/L3 support with IT/vendors.
• Maintain platform governance, documentation, access controls, consent/contact policy practices, operating procedures and business continuity plans for Martech platforms and processes.
• Serve as an advanced user and subject matter expert, supporting user onboarding, training, playbook development and adoption of Martech capabilities across marketing and business teams.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data, Business Analytics or equivalent .
• Minimum 7 years experiences in the field of marketing/advertising.
• Specialist knowledge of enterprise marketing cloud / campaign orchestration platforms.
• Strong understanding of Martech, AdTech, digital marketing, marketing automation, campaign activation, tracking, consent/contact policy and reporting flows.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data validation and web/app tracking concepts, including customer data, campaign data, tags, pixels, cookies and SDKs.
• Broad understanding of lifecycle marketing, personalization, next-best-action, customer decisioning and campaign operations.
• Broad understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration, APIs, data flows, field mappings and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Awareness of BSS/OSS, fulfilment, product catalogue, order management and service orchestration concepts.
• General understanding of analytics, algorithms, segmentation, recommendation logic, offer eligibility, prioritization and measurement.
