Now, we are bringing this energy to Kuala Lumpur with the launch of our brand-new Shared Services Centre.\nWe are looking for a Provisioning Engineer to oversee the end-to-end provisioning and implementation of telecommunication services, ensuring timely service delivery, accurate configuration, and a seamless customer experience through effective stakeholder coordination.\nMake an Impact by:\n1. Service Provisioning & Implementation\nManage, track, and coordinate the provisioning of telecommunications services, including international leased circuits, global internet, and transport circuits. \nEnsure service implementations are delivered according to project schedules, customer requirements, and operational standards. \nCoordinate provisioning activities with internal teams, system integrators, business partners, and customers to support successful service activation. \nEnsure service diversity requirements are implemented in accordance with operational and customer requirements. \n2. Service Delivery & Operational Excellence\nMonitor work orders throughout the provisioning lifecycle and ensure timely updates and completion. \nVerify service configurations before commissioning to ensure accuracy and readiness. \nComplete service commissioning activities and close work orders in accordance with operational procedures. \nMaintain accurate customer records, network connectivity information, and network diagrams within designated systems. \n3. Network Coordination & Customer Support\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve network-related issues during service implementation. \nCoordinate circuit testing activities with customers and local partners to validate service readiness. \nProvide timely updates to stakeholders throughout the implementation process to support a positive customer experience. \n4. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and external service providers to achieve service delivery objectives. \nSupport effective communication between technical and business stakeholders during provisioning activities. \nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance provisioning processes and service quality. \n5. Operational Support\nMaintain accurate documentation and system records to support operational governance and reporting. \nPerform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager that are aligned with the role and business requirements.\nSkills for Success\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications provisioning, network operations, service delivery, or technical support. governance, risk management, or compliance \nExperience with telecommunications provisioning systems, service management platforms, or network management tools is an advantage.\nKnowledge of network connectivity, international leased circuits, internet services, and telecommunications infrastructure. \nUnderstanding of provisioning workflows, service implementation, commissioning, and circuit testing processes.\nAbility to interpret technical documentation and network diagrams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams, partners, and customers.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver services within agreed timelines in a dynamic operational environment.\nYour Career Growth Starts Here.
