rollout, upgrades and modernisation initiatives.\nPlan and manage project schedules, resources and implementation activities to achieve timely and cost-effective delivery.\nMonitor project progress and provide clear updates on milestones, risks, issues and mitigation plans to stakeholders and management.\nReview project scope, technical requirements and implementation plan to ensure smooth and effective execution.\nCoordinate closely with internal teams, vendors, contractors, building owners and agencies to resolve delivery dependencies and implementation issues.\nUse project management tools, trackers and governance processes to maintain visibility, control and delivery discipline.\nEnsure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements and workplace safety practices throughout project delivery.\nLead stakeholder reviews and vendor performance discussions to drive accountability and successful delivery outcomes.\nSupport continuous improvement in implementation practices, team collaboration and delivery effectiveness.\nSkills for Success:\nBachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in network implementation or project delivery.\nGood understanding of mobile access network deployment, implementation workflows and site delivery practices.\nAble to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and project timelines.\nStrong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical teams.\nStrong problem-solving and execution skills, with the ability to drive implementation outcomes across cross-functional teams.\nExperience
