start with the company.\nSupport various tasks in the employee journey-from onboarding to offboarding-while ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.\nDraft and issue key HR documents including Letters of Appointment, Addendums, Promotion Letters, Internal Moves, Contract Renewals, and more.\nAssist with applications, renewals, cancellations, and replacements for employee work passes.\nWork with cross-functional teams to enhance and automate workflows that improve the overall employee experience.\nParticipate in digitalization initiatives to refine and streamline HR processes.\nHelp develop HR operations reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.\nProvide timely assistance to People Partners and other departments on HR-related matters.\nTackle various day-to-day HR tasks and contribute to the smooth running of People Operations.\nThe main duties and responsibilities will be subjected to review when there is change in
