Working across Business Owners, insurance partners, Commercial, Technical, Operations and Marketing teams, you will bring customer journeys from requirements through development, testing and successful launch.\nHow You will Make An Impact:\nOwn end-to-end project delivery plans covering scope, milestones, timelines and stakeholder management across Commercial, Technical, Operations and Marketing teams.\n\nManage the delivery timeline for insurance service buy flows and provisioning through to launch.\n\nGather business and platform requirements from Business Owners and insurance partners and prioritise tasks with the Agile development squad.\n\nBuild operational policies, procedures and processes within Agile product development methodologies.\n\nSecure internal and external resources required for project delivery and recommend reprioritisation of key features where required.\n\nEngage project stakeholders regularly to ensure timelines and milestones are achieved.\n\nIdentify and manage project risks proactively, assess potential impact and escalate issues where necessary.\n\nManage relationships with senior internal stakeholders, external ecosystem partners, suppliers and vendors.\n\nRun product operational forums and ensure timely project status updates to management.\n\nManage ongoing product development and feature implementation.\n\nCo-build and maintain product technology roadmaps and strategies for the business.\n\nMonitor competitor activities, market and technology trends and evolving customer needs.\n\nEnsure product development plans comply with relevant legal and compliance requirements.\n\nSupport customer-facing teams with specialist product training through Learning & Development.\n\nEnsure smooth handover to Operations following successful BRT/User Trial completion.\n\nExtract key performance data to support management reporting.\n\nSkills for Success:\nDegree in Engineering or Computer Science from a reputable university.\n\nMore than 3 years of project management experience.\n\nExperience delivering at least one complex cross-organisational technical systems integration project.\n\nStrong project management capabilities.\n\nKnowledge of mobile payment systems and open-loop payment processing.\n\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong attention to
