activities which include the following:\nPerform network surveillance on critical services including mobile, broadband, fixed, TV and facility\nFacilitate incident management including convening the relevant stakeholders and sending regular notifications on the progress of recovery\nGovern the execution of change request to ensure that they meet the approval criteria\nAttend to international voice fault reports including navigating between overseas service provider and service owner during investigation\nOversee the reporting of network health to management during special events like NDP, festive crossovers etc by convening the service owners to provide their network performance reports \nThe role also oversees the qualitative aspect to ensure shift operations are executed effectively.\nMonitor overall shift performance to ensure adherence to operational commitments\nOversee the accuracy and timeliness of operational communications\nCoach and mentor shift engineers on new systems and conduct briefing on new/amended SOP/WI\nConduct post-incident reviews and recommend operational improvements to enhance operations efficiency\nSkills for Success:\nDiploma with 3 years relevant experience including shift leadership\nExperience in network protocols up to layer 3 \nExperience in incident management within a mission-critical operational environment\nAre you ready to
