This role drives value creation through cost optimisation, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder collaboration, while ensuring compliance with procurement governance and policies.\nMake An Impact By\nCategory Strategy & Strategic Sourcing\nDevelop and execute category strategies aligned with Group business objectives.\nLead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFP/RFQ processes, commercial negotiations, and contract finalisation.\nIdentify cost optimisation and value creation opportunities from a Group and regional synergy perspective.\nDrive strategic supplier management initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders.Monitor market trends and supplier landscape to enhance category competitiveness and innovation.\n\nPartner closely with business units to align procurement strategies and provide advisory support on supplier selection and contract structuring.\nSupplier & Contract Management\nEstablish and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.\nEnsure contract compliance, risk mitigation, and adherence to Singtel procurement policies and governance standards.\nLead contract renewals, benchmarking exercises, and commercial reviews.\nProactively manage supplier risks, escalation issues, and performance gaps.\nGovernance, Risk & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with Group Procurement policies and governance standards.\nSupport audit reviews, risk assessments, and internal control processes related to procurement activities.\nPromote ethical, sustainable, and responsible procurement practices across the Group.\nSkills To Succeed\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.\nMinimum8-10years of experience of procurement experience, with strong exposure to Indirect categories.\nProven track record in managing indirect spend categories and delivering measurable cost savings.\nStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage regional tenders.\nFamiliarity with procurement systems and contract management tools.\nIndustry experience in real estate, property, or facilities management will be an advantage.\nTelecommunications industry experience will be an added advantage.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAre you
