Candidate need to be able to help with assessment of client business requirement, provide recommendation, design and deploy the SuccessFactor solution to meet client’s requirements.\nWhat will you do?\nConfigure and implement SuccessFactors Performance Management/ Succession Planning modules.\nGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.\nSupport end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and HR policies.\nTroubleshoot and resolve module-specific issues post-implementation.\nPrepare documentation and deliver user training sessions.\nThe ideal candidate should possess:\nMinimum of 3-5 years SAP Implementation and/or application support experience.\nMinimum Bachelor Degree\nDeep experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management & Succession Planning.\nAt least 3 end to end implementation project experience\nSelf-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques\nUnderstanding of process harmonization concepts\nThe ability to conduct requirement and solution workshops\nAbility to lead the team and functional and technical consultants\nAdditional information\nWe are driven by our AEIOU beliefs - Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity - and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
