RE:AI enables enterprises, research institutions, and digital-native businesses to accelerate innovation through responsible, high-performance AI compute and connectivity solutions.\nRole Overview\nRE:AI is expanding its product management team and hiring an additional Associate Director to drive product commercialisation and business execution across its AI infrastructure portfolio. The role spans product commercialisation, pricing and financial management, business strategy and regional expansion, operational governance, and performance management.\nWorking closely with the RE:AI leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Finance and Strategy, the role will translate technical capabilities and market opportunities into commercially viable offerings, drive financial and operational performance, and support the scalable growth of RE:AI’s business.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProduct Management, Commercialisation & Financial Management: Drive the commercial management of RE:AI product offerings, translating technical capabilities and customer requirements into commercially viable propositions.Pricing & Commercial Management: Develop and maintain pricing models and commercial business cases, evaluating deal economics, cost structures and profitability to support pricing decisions and commercial negotiations.\n\nProductization & Go-to-Market: Define and execute productization frameworks for new AI infrastructure products and services, turning technical capabilities into commercially scalable offerings.\nBusiness Strategy & Regional Expansion: Support regional growth strategies, market entry assessments, investment evaluations and strategic partnerships, including preparation of business plans, investment proposals and management presentations.\nBusiness Operations & Governance: Drive operational readiness across business systems implementation, user requirements gathering, testing and rollout, billing operations, procurement, contract administration and regional entity setup. Establish, maintain and govern SOPs, processes and operational controls.\nBusiness Planning & Performance Management: Coordinate capacity planning, revenue and cost forecasting, business case tracking, management reporting and regional performance monitoring. Prepare business performance analyses and management/Board approval materials.\nBid Support: Support complex bid and tender responses for large-scale AI infrastructure opportunities, coordinating technical, commercial, and regulatory inputs across teams.\nQualifications & Experience\n\n10+ years of relevant experience across product management, commercial strategy or financial management, preferably in telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or AI compute domains.\nProven success in financial modelling, business case development, pricing strategy, commercial performance management and product lifecycle management for enterprise or platform-based products.\nWorking knowledge of AI infrastructure, including GPU compute, HPC, cloud platforms and data centre economics.\nExperience in supporting complex bids, commercial proposals and cross-functional solution development for enterprise or government clients.\nExperience in regional business expansion, operational process development and management reporting would be advantageous.\nExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.\nMBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred.\nKey Attributes\nCommercially astute with a strong understanding of financial performance metrics.\nStrategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and execution capabilities, able to translate business priorities into actionable plans, drive cross-functional delivery, operational effectiveness and governance.\nCollaborative leader able to influence technical and business teams.\nPassionate about enabling the future of AI responsibly and sustainably.\nYour Career Growth Starts Here.
