Partnering closely with Account Managers, the NSA engages customers to understand their business priorities, identifies outcome-driven use cases, and designs end-to-end network solutions across Datacenter, campus, cloud, regional sites leveraging cybersecurity, AI, automation, APIs and digital platforms. The NSA plays a critical role in driving customer value, solution differentiation and business growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Engagement & Value Selling\nPartner Account Managers to proactively engage customers and establish trusted advisor relationships with business and technology stakeholders. \nUnderstand customer business priorities, challenges and transformation goals, translating them into outcome-driven technology solutions. \nLead customer workshops, solution discovery sessions and executive presentations focused on business value and digital transformation. \nSolution Architecture\nDesign innovative, secure and scalable end-to-end network solutions across different customer’s environments leveraging LAN/WAN network, mobile, WIFI, cybersecurity, AI, automation, APIs and digital platforms. \nDevelop business use cases, technical architectures, Statements of Work (SOW), Bills of Materials (BOM) and solution proposals. \nEnsure solutions are technically robust, commercially competitive and operationally supportable. \nTechnical Leadership\nCollaborate with sales, delivery, product teams and technology partners to develop integrated multi-domain solutions. \nLead technical discussions, demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) activities. \nProvide technical governance throughout the solution lifecycle to support successful project delivery. \nInnovation & Capability Development\nStay current with emerging technologies, market trends and industry best practices. \nDevelop reusable solution blueprints, industry use cases and thought leadership to strengthen Singtel's market differentiation. \nContinuously enhance technical, consulting and business knowledge to support evolving customer needs. \nSkills for Success:\nExperience\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. \nMinimum 5 years' experience in enterprise solution architecture, pre-sales consulting or technical consulting with a telecommunications provider, technology vendor or system integrator. \nExperience designing enterprise networking and digital infrastructure solutions. \nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of enterprise networking including Campus LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, Data Centre, Cloud and Telco. \nFamiliarity with networking, cloud and security technologies from Cisco, HPE, Huawei, AWS, Azure or equivalent platforms. \nExposure to APIs, network automation, orchestration, AI-enabled operations and digital platforms is highly desirable. \nProfessional certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Aruba, AWS or Azure are advantageous. \nCore Competencies\nConsultative and value-based selling. \nBusiness outcome and use case-driven solution design. \nExecutive stakeholder engagement and presentation skills. \nStrong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities. \nCollaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. \nPassion for continuous learning, innovation and emerging technologies.\nAre you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities?\nTake the leap with Singtel to unlock new opportunities and accelerate your growth.
